I did?? ;D
Okay, yeah I did! You just jinxed your new PS3, remember what you said... I'm 14-2 now in my College Season, it's getting tougher and I've had to comeback twice in two rival games, one more game before I fave rival VMI who are 14-0 right now, the battle is on...

Okay being a fan of old NES games I downloaded Mario 7 in 1.7 Mario Games some are total hacks. There's a Mario version of Kung Fu and Jackie Chan Adventure's except instead of Jackie Chan you're playing as Mario.I remember getting to about level 10 on the real game before giving up completely.
Mario is Missing is another interesting one. You're Luigi and you're searching this town for Mario.I need a walkthru I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. There's a hack called Mario Kart but The Mario characters are riding Motorcycles. My best time 2m 47s using a monkey as my rider. The darned monkey had THE worst time on the actual Gran Prix coming in at 5m 40s!
The game I'm enjoying the most is called Mario Adventure.Mario is on a tropical Island trying to get to a volcano. It starts out being typical Mario stuff. But then I hit this mushroom and it turned into a skateboard and Mario skated his way though this one section! If you hit this other mushroom, you find yourself on a cliff. You jump off correctly and you get to surf.Pretty cool!It reminded me of TnC 2 with the surfing gorilla and all that.Very cool game great time waster!
I bet you're thinking "Why are you playing Mario games?" Well my older sister bought a DS just so she could play Super Mario.I beat Super Mario once with the help of game genie.Anyway I wanted to see what the original Mario game was like.I think Mario & Luigi were from Donkey Kong back in the 70s.There were a whole bunch of Mario Games I'd never heard of so I downloaded some and I'm liking at least some of them.
In wrestling game news Dragonfire became The Champion in Super Firepro Wrestling X!He lost the title to Tiger Jeet Singh in the final match of a Championship Tournament.Super Firepro X is THE Best Firepro available for SNES!Queen's Special has better graphics but overall,X has the most "bang for the buck"!

Mario games rule! Yeah, Donkey Kong = Mario's first appearance, I'm pretty sure!
Good stuff with the wrestling, yay!
I just started playing Batman: Arkham Asylum! Joker traps Batman in the asylum and Batman has to solve some puzzles and fight his way out. I have completed 2% of the game so far, and it's pretty good! The graphics are pretty sharp, and the gameplay is good.
I also picked up the Hitman Trilogy! I've played Hitman 2 before, but not the other ones. It was a good stealth game, but I needed walkthroughs because I was totally lost as to how to complete each level, LOL!
Anyway, check out my video game profile (with all the games I have) if you haven't yet --www.playfire.com/Wheels2k8

I gotta go back and play some of those Batman games.I played one of the early nes ones and enjoyed it a lot.I try to avoid totally violent ones like Hitman.Besides I can never figure out what I'm supposed to doing so I end up just running people over or smashing into cop cars.
The Mario Hacks are actually kinda cool.I think Mario Adventure is really Adventures of Lolo.I cool that you can hack old nes games and change the characters.I alway wanted to do that to WCW or WWF games so I could beatup Hogan with Flair or Sting!
BTW,I seen several sites that say Super Firepro X was THE best Wrestling Vid of the time.I actually like the GBA Firepro Games better, except the graphics are nowhere as good.I've played all the SNES Wrestling Games and was disappointed by most of them.Especially the WWE Games.Super Firepro X stands above everyone!
I'll check the link!

Don't like violent games, eh? You wouldn't enjoy DEAD SPACE then, it's VERY gory! I loved it though!
Beating up Hogan? Cool! The last wrestling game I played was Smackdown VS RAW 09. I took Batista in career mode and was kicking some SERIOUS "butt", LOL!
FirePro Wrestling Returns is the only FirePro game I've played.
DragonQuest 8 was pretty good, the graphics were cartoony but still very sharp, 3-D models. The gameplay was fun with a lot of good dungeons. I never finished it because I needed to level up a bunch of levels and didn't feel like wasting 3 or more hours doing that. A solid game though!
I've played and completed Final Fantasys 7-10, and 12! FF 13 is coming out March 9, and you KNOW that I will be getting that, oh yeah!

I haven't really played violent games since Doom.I killed everything in sight!Went though the secret passage and came out in the middle of Wolfenstein.I shot up a bunch of Nazis ducked out a door and (I didn't realize it at the time) I was looking at the door out!I'd have won the game had I walked through that door, but I saved and was never able to find the passage again!Boy that was a bloody game.Cool looking monsters too!
I hope Raw vs Smackdown is better on PS3 than on gba!I have a couple of those, the early ones.Graphics are bad action is nowhere near Firepro.Even though raw vs smackdown had some cool wrestlers. They all had the same moves. There was nothing that made Cena any different from playing HHH or The Undertaker.I was really spoiled because of Firepro.I love beating up Hogan and Bret Hart!In the last WWF NES game I used to torture Bret Hart by stomping him till he was weak, then let him recover then knock him down with a punch in the mouth. There was no time limit so you could beat him up as much as you wanted and when you got bored you'd pin him.Same with Hogan!
Super FirePro III Final Bout,Super Firepro Special,Super Firepro X,Firepro Joshi All; Dream Slam and Super Firepro Queen's Special are the best 16 bit wrestling games.SNES has tons more but most them have major programing flaws. The two gba Firepro are the best I've played simpily because of their superior CAW abilities! It has the best moves and overall the best onboard roster of any game.
Yes in order to get ahead on Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy Games you have to level up.Sometimes it takes forever! You do realize that all those games started with Dragon Warrior aka Dragon Quest and Erdrick. All those characters are desendants of Erdrick. The Light Warriors are all related to Erdrick.I like the way things evolve in Dragon Warrior. Most of the place form the early games still exist in later games but the landscapes have all evolved in different ways.I feel accomplished everytime I beat one of those games.
Most people take at least a month to beat The 1st Final Fantasy...I did it in 12 days.Playing constantly though...That last boss was hard to beat!

Couldn't find the way out? Reminds me of the Duke Nukem series. Each game had one spot where you needed to find a small, partially hidden way to advance to the next spot. Took me about two days to find the right paths! Fun games though, killing all these alien monsters!
If I get a gba emu, I will look into the FirePro series, for sure!
Don't like Bret Hart either? Bret's one of my top 3 faves! LOL!
I had Dragon Warrior 1 for the NES, that was a good game!
Final Fantasy 7 took me about 60 hours gametime to play, but I needed a walkthrough because I needed to pick up a character (Yuffie) earlier and I didn't, so I couldn't advance.
Yeah, I usually play about 8-10 hours at a time when I kick off a Final Fantasy game! The time just FLIES by!

Well in Dragon Warrior and Final Fantasy when you finish a level you tend to want to keep going.Something always happens and next thing you know it's several levels since you were going to save.
I've got Duke Nukem around here somwhere.Cool game.

Gotta learn Basic Programing and Animation to do that.Graphics were difficult that's why I stuck to programming sims.

I learned BASIC when I was in high school oh so long ago. I need to learn "C++"!
I'd love to come up with a "Champions of the Galaxy" video game!

C++ I have the system to learn C + +.I forget what it was called but dang the source code for C ++ is complicated. But everything you learned in Basic applies to the formulations of C++.I didn't get far with the language because I got HyperStudio 3 from one of the schools I worked at and could do all the things I needed to do to program...EASILY!Unfortunately HyperStudio won't work on MacOs X!
I built or should I say programed this Booker Sim called "Front Office".You'd open the game and be in the front office. There was a desk with a phone,a computer,a printer and several other items. If you clicked the computer, you get a welcome notice and it would open up to this menu that had stuff like lists of available wrestlers,Talent Agents,Secreterial Pool etc. Your job was to hire & fire wrestlers and book them on UEW,WWW,AWL & SHWL wrestling shows.
It was very cool when you booked shows,it'd goto WWW say.It was like being on a website with buttons to do things. It would open my sims and that's how you book matches. You hit the results button to see how the show played out. You could also hit the stats button to see how well any wrestler was doing. It was a great RPG/Simulation Game.
It would've been THE GREATEST Wrestling simulation game ever, had it been published. It would blew that Adam guy and his Extreme Warfare and Promotion Wars sims away totally.Unfortunately I lost most of the program when my Gig Drive died.HyperStudio cost around $500 for non educators. Not worth it to me for just programming games.Although you could animate with it and incorporate all kinds of different program to create your overall program. You can do most of that stuff but not as well with Powerpoint.
COTG the video game?Like a cross between Firepro,Star Wars and Robot Wars?It would be cool.Takes a lot of figuring. Tying all your features together was the hardest part.Front Office was 6 games in one.Connecting all that up was a huge task.

Wow, Front Office sounds cool! Too bad you don't have it anymore.
I will have to look into HyperStudio!
Yeah, I picture the COTG video game like Smackdown VS Raw, except more of an arcade feeling to it, but with all the great characters and matches! Even a create-a-wrestler feature that has way more features than the Smackdown games!
Anyway, I hear Star Trek Online is coming out soon too (February 2nd), I may have to pick that up (if my computer has enough power to play it, LOL)!

Front Office was the best game I ever programed. That the way it goes...
HyperStudio is on version 6 the last time I looked.Everytime a version came out,it was slightly different and lots more than the last.
COTG CAW would have to have space suits and monster mode.I'd be cool if you could create custom finishers too.
Star Trek stuff is always good.
