Wow, 75? That's impressive!
Everytime I used to go outside the ring, that Jesse Ventura guy would beat me with a hammer and I'd lose by count-out! Haha!
My strategy was to weaken the masked guy and get on his inside so he couldn't reach for the tag! He'd always submit to the dreaded COBRA TWIST (my fave move)!
Yeah, 22 was my best. I would've gotten better, but the arcade was closing that night. Oh well.

I couldn't do the combinations for the moves fast enough,so I resorted to cheating hahaha.
Throw him out kick him when he's softened up Piledrive him.Keep doing that till 17 jump back in the ring and he'll ger counted out.

I could do that quick enough! Always was able to get to the last move, which was the Cobra Twist (Abdo Stretch)! I remember one match I had the masked guy worn out, but he had a step on me and would have been able to make the tag, but then fell on his back in the middle of the ring! I covered him for the easy win! Whew, that was close! I used to love wasting time and money at the video arcade!

Haha yeah if he was that worn out that's a good win.Only moves I did well was the running dropkick and the Piledriver.
I love that sound the make when they hit a move.
To bad there wasn't a winner page.

A winner page or at least a new tier of tag belts, that would have been fun!
Or a "kill screen" if you know what that is?

well as you went from regional to the higher levels the trophy changed. The Super Division one was huge.
What's a kill page?

I actually meant a "kill SCREEN".
A kill screen is the final level of any game you can reach before it glitches out on you automatically. I learned this from watching King OF Kong. This was a movie about a guy trying to set the World Record for a score in classic arcade game Donkey Kong. Apparently, there is a kill screen at a set high level. The game glitches at this point and it's GAME OVER!
I hear that Pac-Man is the same. I have never reached a kill screen before in either the arcade or on console, so the idea fascinates me!
Here's a vid about it:

If there is a kill screen in Pac Man it'd be way beyond the average players reach. My friends scored in the millions at 7-11.
I got to 75 million on Galaga before giving up.
The winner screen makes the whole ordeal worth it. I saved the Princess Zelda! I killed the evil Dragonlord and restored light to the world.
I'd be pissed if it just suddenly died.

Millions in Pac-Man? I never got by the 3rd screen, haha! I hear that its just patterns to follow on each screen to beat the game, but I've never been interested enough to find out what patterns they were. Donkey Kong is the same, I think. In the arcade, I never did all that well on that game, but I did get pretty far in the Nintendo 64 mini-game replica in Donkey Kong Country, so that's good!
75 Mill in Galaga? My best friend in high school was a master of that game, I don't know what his high score was though. That's another game I couldn't get by the 3rd screen, haha!
Vanguard was MY game! 250,000 I could usually get to without a problem! I did want to master Q*Bert and Moon Patrol, but never could.
We had an arcade in my hometown throughout my high school years, I can't tell you how much time and money I spent there! It was GLORIOUS though! Not even a 5 minute walk from home. How I miss those days...

All those early games had a pattern.Unfortunately it took a lot of playing and a lot of quarters in the arcades.
We used to play pinball in the Pool Hall. They got pissed when they went to get the money out and only found a few dimes. We could play all day on a dime.

Only 10 cents for pinball? Wow, I wish I could've gotten in on that!
Yeah, I was pretty good at pinball, would win a free game more often than not.
Nowadays, they raise the back of the machine too high so the ball doesn't have much of a chance to score. Plus, only 3 balls per game. I used to play machines that had FIVE balls per game!
Annnnyway...
Remember DREAD ZEPPELIN? These guys were such an oddball combination! Go, FAT ELVIS!

We knew how to cheat hahaha.I could win a days worth of games on a dime. The best I ever did was flipping it over 3 times.
Dred Zepplin were big here. They played small venues and could pack em in.

Does your pinball method still work? Have you tried it lately? It'd be something to see!
If you can still do it, then write an ebook and see if you can't make some money off the method, haha!
Yeah, Dread! I went to the music store a couple of times back when I first heard of them, but no one had their music. I bet their fan base was bigger than The Tubes, LOL! I'm watching a bunch of their vids now, LOVE'em!

It's harder to do on modern machines. The secret is getting into the cluster of bumpers and knowing how to shake as to not lose the ball.Old machines didn't titlt as easily. We learned how to tip the machine but not Tilt.

Okay, great strategy! Yeah TILT always got me too.
I watched one guy play and he had great flipper control. He never lost a ball his flippers could reach. He stopped the ball when it went down the chute to the side flipper, and he knew exactly when to push the button again to get the ball to go wherever on the table he wanted! I tried mastering this and got good at it, but not as good as that guy!
I haven't played in about 10 years though, so I'm sure I'm more than a bit rusty!
