They sure did! Time for the nWo to make its mark in AWE!
CARD 33: AWE TV Taping on Thursday October 1, 2009 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK
Hollywood Hogan and the rest of the nWo greeted the crowd before the night's matches started. He had this to say: "You know something, brother! I brought the nWo up here to take care of business! We were watching from the lower forty-eight and realized that AWE has the finest talent ever assembled under one federation's banner! So why not have the greatest wrestler of all-time kick the backsides of every wannabe that this fed has to offer? I mean, there is no one that can..."
But this was all Hogan could say before Ted Arcidi made his way to the ring, microphone in hand. "Hey, Hogan," Arcidi started. "I got a proposition for you: How about you and the rest of the nWo join me and Manny Fernandez in TAG Elite? Think of it, we would dominate all of professional wrestling!"
"Arcidi? I haven't seen you since I beat you for the T.A.G. Heavyweight Belt years ago," Hogan shouted. "T.A.G. was your best work ever, but it's OVER, man! Get on with your life."
"Come on, Hogan," Arcidi continued. "We'll even dump Goldberg for you! Hey, there's belts to win and fans to alienate! What do you say?"
Hogan, rubbing his chin as if in deep thought, "My answer, Ted, is this..." With that, he signaled Hall and Nash to attack! Down went Arcidi as the three of them attacked him!
