Bockwinkle99 presents Herb Abrams' Universal Wrestling Federation--Celebrity Division
Matches held at the Anaheim (CA) Convention Center--Sellout Crowd of 9100 in attendance
1. The Southern Ladies b. the Daughters of Darkness (w/Elvira) by DQ
Referee Ryan Styles disqualifies Christina Ricci for piledriving Jamie Pressly onto the arena floor. Ricci, Emma Watson and Elvira triple team Reese Witherspoon until officials can restore order.
2. Kelly & Peg Bundy (w/Marcy Darcy) d. Farrah Fawcett & Kate Jackson
3. Kurt Russell (w/Go-Go Goldie) p. Danny Glover
4. Selena Gomez p. Lindsay Lohan
5. Bob Rooney (w/Jefferson Darcy) b. Danny Bonaduce by DQ
Bonaduce is disqualified for ramming Rooney's head into the ringpost. As the bell rings, Al and Bud Bundy tackle Bonaduce. Todd Bridges and a returning Jack Black appear from nowhere and even the odds. UWF officials are forced to bring in uniformed security to stop the brawling when the six men brawl down the runway and destroy a pair of merchandise stands.
6. UWF Showdown Womens Tag Team Champions the Rock'n'Roll Nightmares d. Miley Cyrus & Emily Osment to retain the titles.
7. Butterbean b. UWF TV Champion Griff (w/Jefferson Darcy) by disqualification--Griff retains the belt.
Butterbean has Griff down when Jefferson blatantly enters the ring, punching Bean in the belly and drawing the DQ. The blow has little effect on Bean and he KOs Jefferson through the ropes to the floor. Referee Styles and UWF-Showdown matchmaker Freddie Prinze, Jr., manage to contain Bean as Griff drags an unconscious Jefferson to the locker room.
8. Anna Nicole Smith p. UWF Womens TV Champion Jenny McCarthy to win the title.

Bock, Great card.Reese deserves a beatdown but I think you need to book a NO DQ rematch.Of course Bundy over The Angels!Bonaduce got what he deserved.Ossment needs to team with her new sitcom roomate.Hahaha Butterbean as a face? You can't hurt Butterbean by hitting him in the belly.Jenny-Mac lost the title???Will be interesting to see how all this plays out.

Card #126—Studios of KTLA-TV, Los Angeles, CA
Showdown tv taping
*) The show starts with Mike and Mike at the broadcast position, giving the rundown of the show and mentioning the events in Anaheim, including Anna Nicole Smith defeating Jenny McCarthy for the women’s TV title, and that they will be joined shortly by Commissioner Carl Weathers in regards to the brawl.
1. Sarah Hyland p. Ashlee Simpson
Peg Bundy joins the Mikes for commentary. She doesn’t understand why the show wastes time on these two when she and Kelly are what’s happening in the company right now, especially since they have “run off” Farrah Fawcett and Kate Jackson. Hyland pins Simpson, then comes over to the desk and tells Peg that she’s had enough of her constant whining and gloating and wants a chance to shut her mouth. Peg slaps Hyland, but before anything can go further, Commissioner Weathers comes out, telling the women that if they want to fight, they can do it next week, but for now, they need to go back to the locker rooms and cool off. Weathers then discusses the Anaheim card and announces the punishments. Todd Bridges and Jack Black have each been suspended two weeks, as the Bundys have been fined, Al $3000 and Bud $6000. Danny Bonaduce comes out and argues with Weathers as to why his allies have been suspended while the Bundys were only fined. Weathers says he’s not happy but that it was the board’s decision and he has to abide by it.
2. Danny Bonaduce b. Kevin Federline by DQ.
Danny is in complete control of the match until Al and Bud Bundy storm the ring with chairs and wipe everyone out. The show goes to commercial as order is restored. After the break, Carl Weathers and Danny Bonaduce are with Mike and Mike, Danny being tended to by chief medic Dr. Ken Jeong. Weathers says that the Bundys are through on the show, but Danny pushes Jeong aside and asks Weathers to wait until he gets a shot at them. Weathers reluctantly agrees.
3. The Southern Ladies (Jamie Pressly and Reese Witherspoon) d. Judy Gold and Marianne Sierk in a squash match.
Al and Bud Bundy and Griff come out next. Al says it's obvious that the Showdown roster and, in fact, the "whole UWF" is afraid of the "pure athletic prowess" shown by the Bundys and Griff, especially Danny Bonaduce, who Al says has "lost his mind in fear" of them. As he goes on, Commissioner Weathers comes back out. He says that he has made some changes to the upcoming cards. In Santa Ana, Al Bundy will take on Jack Black, and Weathers himself will be the special referee. Also, he has booked Bob Rooney into a no-DQ, falls count anywhere match against Danny Bonaduce. Finally, at the card in Madera, Griff will defend the TV title against Todd Bridges, and that Lou Ferrigno will be the referee for that match. When Bud tries to speak up, Weathers shuts him up by telling him that he is still suspended and barred from all UWF activities.
4. Cary Elwes (w/Shawnee Smith) b. Al Bundy by DQ Bundy is disqualified when he bodyslams Elwes onto the studio floor. When Al continues his attack, Shawnee Smith jumps on his back and rakes his eyes, chasing him off.
5. Selena Gomez p. Jaime Andrews
After the break, Kurt Russell and Go-Go Goldie are in the ring with referee Kevin James awaiting an opponent, as his scheduled opponent, Bud Bundy, has been suspended. As they are waiting, Robert Downey, Jr., comes to the announce position and takes a seat on the desk. He says he has been watching backstage and wants to take a shot at wrestling. Kurt laughs at him, but invites him into the ring.
6. Robert Downey, Jr., p. Kurt Russell (w/Go-Go Goldie)
So, we are back. UWF Showdown has continued despite it's lack of internet coverage and will continue on. Tune in soon for more Showdown action.
Showdown is a production of Excalibur Entertainment Group in association with Abrams Productions and the Universal Wrestling Federation, "What the Universe is Watching."

Card #127--Studios of KTLA-TV, Los Angeles, CA
UWF Showdown tv taping
*) Mike and Mike open the show with a recap of last week's events, including the actions of Commissioner Carl Weathers against the Bundy men.
1. John Travolta d. Bruce 'the King' Campbell by submission
*) Michelle Beadle interviews new UWF Womens Television Champion Anna-Nicole Smith
*) Peg and Kelly Bundy come out to the broadcast position. They say it's unfair for Al and Bud to be suspended, since they're "incompetents in everything but wrestling" and "could starve to death helplessly staring at a can of peas" if Commissioner Weathers doesn't reinstate them soon. Peg then enters the ring for her match.
2. Sarah Hyland b. Peg Bundy by disqualification *) Peg throws the smaller Hyland out of the ring, then bodyslams her onto the cement studio floor. As referee Colin Mochrie pulls Peg away, Kelly delivers a chair shot to Hyland lying face down on the floor. League official Freddie Prinze, Jr., comes out from the back to help Mochrie restore order.
*) The conclusion of the Robert Downey, Jr.--Kurt Russell match is shown again before video footage of a confrontation between the two men is shown. Russell tells Downey that he got lucky and the only reason that Downey had won was because Russell wasn't ready for him. Downey responds that if he wants to, why don't they talk to Carl Weathers and get booked onto the card in Santa Ana. Russell accepts.
3. Tina Fey b. Angelina Jolie by disqualification *) Referee Ryan Styles catches Angelina using her Academy Award statue to KO Fey. Tina is helped to the back by Styles and Dr. Ken Jeung as Prinze fines her $500 for the act.
*) Selena Gomez comes out to the announce position for an interview. She says that everything between her and Lindsay Lohan are even. "It's time to finish this thing" she says, "I don't care how, when or where, but Lindsay, you're gonna be as dead as your career!"
4. Miley Cyrus & Emily Osment d. Tiffany Darwish and Tara Reid
*) After the match, Miley again denies that there is any tension between herself and her "best friend" Emily.
*) Freddie Prinze, Jr., comes out and is introduced as the new UWF Showdown matchmaker, with the powers of acting Commissioner when Weathers is not present. This means that he has the power to fine Kelly Bundy $1000 for attacking Sarah Hyland earlier in the program. As he says this, Sarah comes out and demands that Prinze get Kelly Bundy out here "right now". Prinze tries to calm her but as he is trying, Kelly in fact comes out. He struggles to keep them apart until finally referees come out and pull the women to their respective dressing rooms.
5. Costas Mandylor (w/Shawnee Smith) p. Daniel Craig
6. UWF Womens TV Champion Anna-Nicole Smith p. Lacey Chabert in a non-title match.
Stay tuned for more excitement from the Universal Wrestling Federation's Celebrity Division on Showdown. We'll see you at the matches!

Ferrigno stops Griff from hitting Bean by shoving him down as Bean clobbers Darcy with a right hand. Griff gets up and nails Ferrigno with the loaded shoe, then hits Bean with it. Ferrigno quickly recovers and grabs Griff, who tries to hit him with the shoe again. Ferrigno blocks it and powerbombs Griff. He then raises Bean's hand in victory as Griff and Darcy stagger away. The match is later ruled a disqualification victory for Butterbean.

#130--Sunset Bronson Studios, Hollywood, CA (Ed. note: This is the 'official' name of the KTLA Studios)
*) Mike and Mike open the show and welcome the viewers to 'the center of chaos'. They briefly go over tonight's card, which includes a tv title match between champion Anna-Nicole Smith and former champ Jenny McCarthy, then are joined by matchmaker Freddie Prinze, Jr. After going over the craziness of the title match ending in Madera County, which ended with Butterbean defeating TV Champ Griff by DQ when Jefferson Darcy interfered and Griff attacked referee Lou Ferrigno, Prinze announces that the parent company of Showdown, the Universal Wrestling Federation, has decided to hold up the Television Championship pending a rematch, which will be held at Showdown's upcoming Pay-per-View event, Duel in the Sun, from the Grand Olympic Auditorium.
1. Kendall Jenner p. Kate Upton
*) Michelle Beadle interviews Kristin Chenoweth backstage, but the interview is interrupted by Khloe Kardashian. Kardashian insists that Chenoweth's victory over her was a fluke, since a 'highly trained California athlete' such as herself couldn't possibly lose to a 'midget hillbilly from Oklahoma' any other way. Chenoweth responds that if Khloe wants another taste of 'Oklahoma whoop-ass' just sign the dotted line.
2. Danny Glover p. Dustin Diamond
(Commercial Break #1, featuring Beadle hyping the upcoming cards in San Jose, Santa Ana and the next tv taping at the Sunset Bronson Studios, with promos by the Southern Ladies and Sarah Hyland)
*) Kurt Russell and Go-Go Goldie come out to the ring for the next match. They pause a moment at the announce position to say that Kurt is 'a little worn out from celebrating' his victory over Robert Downey, Jr., but that he doesn't need his best to take care of his opponent. Golic points out that his 'victory' was by countout.
3. Kurt Russell (w/Go-Go Goldie) b. Frank Stallone by disqualification *)The match ends when Downey comes to the ring and begins pounding on Russell. As referee Colin Mochrie calls for the bell, Goldie climbs into the ring and jumps on Downey's back, pulling him away. Turning around, Downey blocks a slap and kisses Goldie before bailing out of the ring a step ahead of a furious Russell.
*) In back, Michelle has the Daughters of Darkness and Elvira. Elvira says she can't figure out why Jamie Pressy and Reese Witherspoon keep signing matches against them, since the Ladies always lose. No matter, they'll just destroy them in San Jose, just like they'll destroy two more losers, Miley Cyrus and Emily Osment, right now.
4. Miley Cyrus & Emily Osment d. the Daughters of Darkness *) The match quickly breaks down into a four way, which ends when Osment pins Emma Watson as Cyrus throws Christina Ricci out onto Elvira at ringside.
(Commercial Break #2, this time with Mike Golic interviewing Al and Bud Bundy and Miley Cyrus and Emily Osment)
*) Coming back from the break, Mike and Mike report that Kristin Chenoweth and Khloe Kardashian have agreed to face each other tonight in an added attraction
5. Jack Black b. Daniel Craig by disqualification *) Referee Kevin James stops the match when Bob Rooney attacks Black in the ring. Black fights back as James and security try to pull them apart. During the brawl, Todd Bridges comes out and tackles Rooney. These two battle out into the parking lot where Bridges pummells Rooney until uniformed Studio police finally pull them apart.
6. Selena Gomez p. Ashlee Simpson *) After the match, Selena takes the house mic and challenges the winner of tonight's womens tv title match. In back, Smith hears this and responds that as far as she's concerned, Gomez has the title shot.
7. Kristin Chenoweth d. Khloe Kardashian by submission, despite a run-in by Kendall Jenner
*) The Southern Ladies come to the ring for an interview with Greeny, but it is soon interrupted by Elvira, who levels threats against the two women.
*) In back, Michelle is joined by Prinze and Showdown chief medic Dr. Ken Jeong. Jeong reports that due to injuries that he suffered during the brawl with Todd Bridges earlier, Bob Rooney cannot compete in the next match as scheduled. Prinze then calls Todd Bridges over. He offers "Mr. Not-So-Perfect" a deal--take Rooney's place in the next match and he'll make sure that Bridges will face no penalty for his actions tonight. Todd agrees and heads to the ring.
8. Colonel Taylor p. Todd Bridges
(Commercial Break #3--The first promo for the Duel in the Sun pay per view)
9. Robert Downey, Jr. p. Kevin "K-Fed" Federline *) After the match, Kurt Russell storms out and attacks Downey outside the ring. Colonel Taylor, Danny Glover, Daniel Craig and Jack Black come out and aid referees James and Mochrie in pulling the men apart.
*) In back, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner are furious, yelling that they are too rich and beautiful to be humiliated by a little country girl like Kristin Chenoweth and vowing revenge.
10. The Southern Ladies b. Trishelle Cannatella & Erin Murphy by disqualification *) Murphy has Jamie Pressy in a sleeperhold when Emma Watson and Christina Ricci come out. As Ricci clobbers Reese Witherspoon ringside, Watson begins to kick the helpless Jamie. Murphy releases her hold and begins to brawl with Watson. Riccthe i climbs into the ring to help Watson but is intercepted by Cannatella. Prinze signals to go to a break as officials race to the ring to restore order.
(Commercial Break #4)
11. Bruce 'the King' Campbell b. Cary Elwes (w/Shawnee Smith) by countout
12. Jenny McCarthy b. TV Champion Anna-Nicole Smith by disqualification--Smith retains the title *) The two women brawl outside the ring. Referee Sara Gilbert tries to get the women into the ring and at one point gets between them. Smith responds by grabbing the referee by the hair and yanking her out of the way. She then spears McCarthy through the announcer's table.
Keep checking in for more celebrity wrestling action here on Showdown, and don't forget that the PPV Duel in the Sun is coming up.

OK, I need to mention a couple of things.
First, I noticed that this seemed to be longer than usual. Only later did I see that it was longer. In fact, it had twice as many matches (12) as my other tv taping cards (6).
To explain, I did these matches a while back, during the period that I was off the internet and before this board returned from the dead (btw, RIP George Romero). Anyway, this card was done when I experimented in copying the real pro wrestling tactic of filming multiple tv episodes at one time, such as the WWE did when it would film Raw and ECW at the same event. Eventually, I gave up as I couldn't maintain continuity properly with the luck of the dice and all, and went back to the much more manageable 6-match format. I write this not as an apology, but more as a heads up in regards to the length of some of the upcoming cards.
Speaking of continuity problems, there will be some. It's because I have 13 or so feds I'm running, plus there were long periods of time that I took breaks from playing any Filsinger games. There were times where it was literally a month or so before I got back around to Showdown and in the periods of time I simply forgot storylines. Sorry. Enough said.
Finally, DQ's. I have a lot. It's the nature of the way I'm running this fed. Don't worry, I'll try to keep the numbers down as best I can, but no promises.
Thanks for letting me get all this off my chest. We now move on to the important stuff, like the next Showdown, coming soon...
