PRINT | E-MAIL More Paul ReubensMost people know Paul Reubens for one role: Pee-wee Herman. In the latest issue of Details Magazine, he opens up about his constant obsession: "I am constantly hoping that, like, I'm still relevant at all." It makes sense. The 57-year-old actor is about to don the skinny suit again to perform as Pee-wee for the first time in 19 years -- starring in an elaborate live show. He just hopes people will come. "What I'm trying to prove now is that I still have it, I'm still around--I still am Pee-wee Herman, and Pee-wee Herman is still funny." he said.
Reubens made waves and sent fans into a tizzy when he announced he was bringing his brilliant Pee-Wee character back to the stage. The good vibes were short-lived, however, as the opening was pushed back from November to January. Fans quickly grew disappointed with not only the delay, but also the tedious ticket exchange process they had to go through for the rescheduled dates.
Reubens, always a man of the people, quickly issued a statement saying he would look into the matter, and that he'd like to meet with his fans who were affected so he could "grovel to them in person." Paul's Details Interview Below:
On channeling his character Pee-wee Herman again: "I always loved being that character... I could feel the love."
What he does on his time off: "I have no life outside of writing my show right now."
On his past headlines: "All this stuff that happened--the quote-unquote treatment I received--was not an inducement to come back to work. To wait for somebody to give me permission to have a career wasn't going to happen, you know? ... It's a drag to have tabloid baggage. It's weird to have your career be a footnote to that, especially when you love what you do. I'm not giving people that power anymore."
Does he still have his Emmys? "Are you kidding? I don't know where they are. They're in storage somewhere."

Misc. Junk:
It's the middle of the night on Wednesday.I just got finished watching an awards show on PBS.Dr William Cosby Jr better known as Bill Cosby was the recipient of The Mark Twain Award.
The show was wonderful. There were many stars, not just from the entertainment industry.there were basketball players and others,it was areal tribute to Mr Cosby!
Everyone told stories about their relationship with the great man. They mostly had favorite albums or shows or bits that Bill Cosby did.Chris Rock's favorite was the album that Bill Cosby dedicated to his brother Russell.Who incidentally was at the award show sitting with Bill Cosby's family! For others it was Noah and The Ark...
For me my favorite album was Wonderfulness.Tonsilitis,Go Carts,The Chicken Heart that ate Chicago etc. I could recite the whole album and I even had a convincing Bill Cosby impersonation!Fat Albert..."Hey,hey,hey!".Always loved those bits!
Now even though I am a musician in the late 60s,when I was 12 or 13,while all the musicians were listening to Led Zepplin,The Rolling Stones,The Beatles,Bob Dylan etc.I invested my $3.00 to buy Wonderfulness. That's right while everyone was listening to Iron Butterfly play Inna Gada Da Vida,I was listening to Bill Cosby!
I actually got to meet Bill Cosby once.Me and The Lead Singer of my Band "Greanne Mushroom" James Louis got tickets to see Bill Cosby in The Honolulu International Center Arena. We went to the arena early and I told James we should hangout at the back of the arena, because that is how the "talent" gets in the building.
Sure enough, about a half hour before the show was supposed to start,a limo that carried Bill Cosby, his Upright Bass and two Jazz Musicians pulled up to a gate right below where we were waiting!
I flew down those stairs, walked straight up to Bill Cosby and shook his hand!I think I said something stupid like,"You're the best man!"Bill smiled and said,"How's it going?"As Bill entered the arena,James came down he couldn't believe that I walked right up to Bill Cosby! It was a high to meet a guy that was that much of a hero to me.It'd be like a baseball fan meeting Mickey Mantle or a football fan meeting Joe Namath!I met my hero and it felt good!
So anyhow, congradulations go out to Dr William Cosby for winning The Mark Twain Award.Someone on the show said,"He brought more laughter to the world in the last 40 years than anyone."I'm paraphasing but you get the gist. Thanks Mr Cosby for entertaining all those years,I hope you will entertain us for many more.

Misc. Junk for Monday:
Australian music critics have greeted Britney Spears on her first concert tour down under with poor reviews and stories of fans walking out of her show. On top of that, government officials have been critical of the singer for her use of lip-syncing during performances. All the criticism has traumatized Spears.
"Britney is aware of all this and she's extremely upset by it," Paul Dainty, Spears' tour promoter, told The Australian on Monday. "She's a human being. I'm embarrassed, with such a big international entourage here with Britney, to be part of the Australian media when I see that kind of totally inaccurate reporting."
Critics called her first concert, held in Perth on Friday, "boring" and "stiff."
In their reporting, Perth Now claimed "hundreds of fans stormed out" of the Friday concert. One fan, 22-year-old Amanda Hawlet put it bluntly: "I want my money back or I want her to sing properly. The ticket cost me $200 and she lip-synced the whole thing."
Dainty disputes that fans who paid up to $1,500 dollars would walk out as early as the third song, as was reported. Spears' manager Adam Leber took to Spears' Twitter account to defend the singer to her 3.7 million followers. "Its unfortunate that one journalist in Perth didn't enjoy the show last night. Fortunately the other 18,272 fans in attendance did. - Adam."

'90210' Actress Has Heart Condition CNN posted: 2 DAYS 22 HOURS AGO comments: 0 filed under: Health News PRINT|E-MAILMORE Text SizeAAA Editor's note: Jennie Garth, an actress known for her work on Beverly Hills 90210, found out in 2000 that she has a heart condition. She is a supporter of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign. (Nov. 6) -- You may not think that a woman like me could be at risk for heart disease, but the truth is, I have a heart condition. Fortunately, it isn't a life-threatening one, but not all women are as lucky. One in three women has some form of cardiovascular disease. Even though it is largely preventable, one woman dies from heart disease almost every minute. In fact, more women die of cardiovascular disease than the next five causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer. It's the No. 1 killer of women. Skip over this content Jennie Garth Michael Tan, FilmMagic.com
Actress Jennie Garth speaks out about her own heart condition and the one that eventually killed her father. Skip over this content The question is, why aren't we talking about heart disease more? Women may suffer in silence or not even know they're at risk until it's too late. I'm choosing to speak up about this silent killer by partnering with the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign. I can truly speak from my heart on the subject of heart disease because it has affected me my entire life. It's the one huge family health issue on both sides, and it runs strong. My mother's mother died of a stroke at 46. My mother has high blood pressure and got it in her early 40s. My sister has high blood pressure and got it in her mid-40s, and one of my half sisters had high blood pressure as well. It all started when my father suffered a heart attack and was diagnosed with arterial sclerosis at age 37, which is the exact age I am today. My dad has always been my big, strong hero, the man I lived and breathed for, so when he started having heart problems, I was devastated at the thought of losing him. I watched him go from training horses, baling hay and driving tractors to fearing that too much exertion would prompt another heart attack. Over the course of 30 years, he underwent several open-heart surgeries, bypasses, a stent, balloons, you name it. Caring for him throughout the years and seeing firsthand how the disease affected our family was what made me want to take my health into my own hands. When I turned 30, I chose to see a cardiologist. I committed to going every year for a checkup even though I was convinced I'd be the exception to the family gene pool. Instead, I found out that I have a leaky heart valve. It's not a serious condition, but it reminds me how important it is to stay in tune with my body. Between working and raising my three daughters, it can be easy to forget to take care of myself, but the reality is that 80 percent of cardiac events in women are preventable if they make the right choices for their hearts. Incorporating a healthier diet and more exercise, and refraining from smoking can make all the difference. I often have to remind myself that taking time for me improves the lives of my husband and children. I refuse to let heart disease take me from those I love too soon! Here's how you can choose to commit to your heart and the hearts of your family: • Remember to make a doctor's appointment every year, perhaps around your birthday. When you go, be prepared with a list of questions and ask about your numbers, like cholesterol and blood pressure. • Stay active for your heart and make physical activity a family affair. Spend time together walking the dog, gardening or even playing tag. • Commit to planning balanced meals and teaching your family about healthy food choices. By teaching them these lessons now, you can prepare your children for a lifetime of healthy food decisions. • Choose to breathe clean, fresh air. Kick the smoking habit once and for all. Most women don't know that the heart is a very forgiving organ. Even if you have abused it by smoking, eating poorly or not exercising, you can start right now to repair it by making the right choices. Though my father lost his battle, he has inspired me to live a better life and to speak up for women at risk. I urge you to join Go Red for Women and me in the fight against heart disease. It's as easy as starting a conversation and speaking up. Listen to what your heart is telling you and spread the word to your friends and community about making the right choices and taking action. Let's use our voices to save lives. Together, we truly can prevent heart disease. I'm living proof. Choose to join the conversation at GoRedForWomen.org. Never saw Heartbreakers.I mostly remember Jennifer Love Hewiit as The Hot preteen on Party of Five,Jon's girlfriend on those movies about Garfield and Ghost Whisperer.I was hoping at the time that she'd except the roll as Alyssa Milano's sister on Charmed but Hewitt turned it down and we got Rose McGowan instead.
Anyway it was a Lost wrap party.I never watched the show so I have no idea if Jennifer was on it.But that is her in our video.Dances pretty good huh?
