I dig the team of Big Show and Kane! And already Batista is in the middle of a strong push for a title! And Thesz is moving up the ladder quickly himself! Great card!

Thanks for the replies! Hope everyone enjoys the PPV!
CARD 132: AWE PPV on Thursday March 31, 2011 @ the Soldatna Sports Arena in Soldatna AK WarGames was on everyone's minds as the night began! The Horsemen strode out confidently to the ring. They were minus Arn Anderson though, but still looked impressive nonetheless!
"Austin!" Flair called out once he got into the ring. "Austin, it's going to be us four against you TWO! Those may not be fair odds, but you never get fair odds when you face the Horsemen! And to make the odds even less favorable to you, we are going to name the replacement for Arn Anderson right now! Poor Arn suffered an injury and can't be in WarGames tonight, so we've chosen someone more than capable of replacing him! No, I'm not talking Bubba Rogers dressed as War Machine, I'm talking --
BIG VAN VADER! Vader plodded toward the ring, but even before he got there, Austin was on the giant videoscreen with Scott Steiner. "Flair, that's quite an impressive team you got there. I must say I'd be intimidated if I didn’t have replacements for The Rock and Lou Thesz! I'm not going to keep everyone in suspense any longer. My new teammates are --
THE BRITISH BULLDOGS! The camera pulled back to show Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid standing there with big smiles on their faces! Austin knew he had a very solid team to go against the Horsemen tonight, and the fans knew it as well.
Flair hesitated for a moment then nodded. "That's good, Austin. Very good. The match has been set, the teams chosen wisely! Austin, when we get you in the ring, it's going to be a classic for the ages! Let the WarGames begin!"
MATCH 1: "Dogface Gremlin" Rick Steiner VS Yokozuna Things got intense for Rick and Scott tried to save him but it ended in a DQ. Yokozuna won when Rick Steiner was disqualified when Scott Steiner interfered in a time of 6:57.
MATCH 2: Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags (Nasty Boys) VS Afa & Sika (Wild Samoans) The Samoans were wilder than ever and it got them DQed in this one. Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags won when Sika was disqualified against Sags in a time of 28:54.
MATCH 3: PIN ANYWHERE -- AWE Tag Team Champions Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage (MegaPowers) VS Kane & Big Show -- TITLE BOUT Not letting their opponents get the best of them, Hogan got the win for his team here! Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage won when Hogan used his finisher-LEG DROP on Big Show in a time of 3:05, thus Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage retain the AWE Tag Team Championships!
MATCH 4: Edge (with Lita) VS Great Khali This was over before it began as Edge surprised Khali right away to win this. Edge won with his finisher-SPEAR in a time of just 0:47!
MATCH 5: STEEL CAGE -- AWE Television Champion Bill Goldberg VS Lou Thesz -- TITLE BOUT Several submission holds weakened Goldberg here as Thesz won his first Belt in AWE! Lou Thesz won after ramming Goldberg's face into the cage in a time of 14:13, thus Lou Thesz is the NEW AWE Television Champion!
MATCH 6: Blackjack Lanza & Blackjack Mulligan VS Butch Reed & Ron Simmons (Doom) A hard-fought match all the way with the Blackjacks being a bit craftier here. Blackjacks Lanza & Mulligan won when Lanza used his finisher-BLACK GLOVE CLAW on Simmons in a time of 25:40.
MATCH 7: DOG COLLAR -- AWE Heavyweight Champion Scott Hall VS Batista -- TITLE BOUT A vicious bloodbath with Hall able to hold onto the Belt when all was said and done! Scott Hall won after using a Fallaway Slam in a time of 19:25, thus Scott Hall retained the AWE Heavyweight Championship!
MATCH 8: Bob Backlund VS Kevin Nash -- Ladder Match Getting clotheslined on the top rope was Nash's downfall here as Backlund won. Bob Backlund won with his finisher-ATOMIC KNEE DROP in a time of 2:33.
MATCH 9: WARGAMES -- THE MATCH BEYOND Steve Austin, Davey Boy Smith, Dynamite Kid & Scott Steiner VS John Cena, Ric Flair, Big Van Vader & Sid Vicious
The match started out with Austin VS Cena. These two dug into each other with unmatched fury! Austin got a little help from Davey Boy, who was next into the ring after two minutes. Sid Vicious made an entrance next and helped out Cena in the following two minutes. Dynamite Kid came to the rescue of his team next. Then, it was Vader time as Vader entered. Flair was next into the ring, then it was Scott Steiner that entered and signaled the beginning of WarGames!
As these eight men battled it out, the question on everyone's minds was whether or not these newly named team members of each side would help or hinder the group's efforts? The Bulldogs did well and the same went for Vader in the early going. As everyone seemed to tire, it was only Austin that seemed to get stronger as the match continued, even though he was the main target for the Horsemen! As the match continued, Austin was able to isolate Vader from the rest of his team, then Austin went to work: Using his finisher effectively, he tired Vader to a point where there was no doubt that Vader was going to be the weak link in the Horsemen's strategy. Quickly striking, Austin used a submission hold and Vader had no choice but to surrender to Austin, giving Austin's team a well-deserved victory! Steve Austin won against Big Van Vader with a Texas Cloverleaf in a time of 33:23, and Steve Austin's team won WarGames!
The loss by the Horsemen will not sit well with JJ Dillon, not to mention Ric Flair! Will Vader face the fury of the wrath of the Horsemen? Is Austin finished with this feud now? Will Dillon still find a way to recruit Austin to his team? Are the Bulldogs destined for greatness in AWE? Is Arn Anderson just going to sit back and heal his injury before returning? Are there more great names headed to AWE in the near future?
The answers are forthcoming, and AWE will be sure not to disappoint! Stay tuned, you won't regret it!

Thesz wins a Cage Match now that something you don't see everyday!Goldberg got schooled!
Blackjacks beat Doom!I bet that was some match!
Not to get technical...but if you performed a fallaway slam while in a dog collar match you'd hang yourself.Big win for Hall there!

Nice to see that Hogan got the match over in a hurry, even though it was against the tag team I enjoy (Kane & Show)! Thesz handling Goldberg as he did was impressive! Let's see how hungry he remains hanging onto a lesser belt! I was hoping Batista would win! There is next time! I admit I didn't believe SCSA and the Bulldogs stood a chance against the Horsemen and Vader, but that is why we play this game - ANYTHING can and will happen! The fans got their money's worth with this PPV!

Thanks for all the great replies! Here's the latest chapter in the AWE saga!
CARD 133: AWE House Show on Sunday April 4, 2011 @ the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage AK The entrance music started, but the crowd did not know whether to boo or cheer! Yes, it was someone the fans instantly recognized, and the theme music could mean that someone the fans knew well was debuting tonight in AWE! None other than --
KURT ANGLE! There was mostly a waiting response from the crowd since they did not know if Angle was going to embrace the crowd or insult them. Angle spoke into the microphone. "You know, as your Olympic American hero, I've had a lot of wars in the ring with a lot of people. I've built a lot of respect for the wrestlers that have gone toe-to-toe with me in the past. I know most of you can't believe it, but I think that I respect 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin most of all. Sure, I've hated the guy, don't get me wrong, but I think we brought out the best in each other in the ring."
Some fans booed, thinking that Angle was shoveling it on pretty high, but Angle responded, "Oh it's true! It's true! I'd like to offer myself to Austin as a tag partner in whatever feud he has. I think we could go places in this fed!"
Austin had heard enough and made his way down to the ring. "You think just because you talk about respect and make an offer, that Stone Cold is just going to accept it no questions asked?" Austin had a disbelieving scowl on his face which showed he did not believe Angle in the slightest.
"Let's give it a match or two and see how it goes, Steve," Angle said. I've already arranged for us to take on the Nasty Boys later. What do you say, huh?" Angle offered Stone Cold a handshake. Austin hesitated for the longest time as the fans anticipated a quick Stunner and a beer celebration from Austin. Instead, Austin cautiously accepted the handshake and exited quickly. Could this new tag team survive what is sure to be a rocky road ahead of them?
MATCH 1: Edge VS Kevin Nash (with Eric Bischoff) Although Nash had the upperhand, he let his temper foil this match for him. Edge won when Nash was disqualified in a time of 5:56.
MATCH 2: Rick & Scott Steiners VS Butch Reed & Ron Simmons (Doom) The Steiners were over-powered in this one as Doom rolled to a big win. Butch Reed & Ron Simmons won when Reed pinned Rick with a Powerslam in a time of 24:35.
MATCH 3: Bob Backlund VS Great Khali Backlund could not survive the onslaught of the much bigger Khali here. The Great Khali won with a Belly-to-Back Suplex in a time of 3:07.
MATCH 4: Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid VS Afa & Sika (Wild Samoans) Despite their hard heads, the Samoans lost this one in an unusual manner. Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid won when Dynamite used his finisher-FLYING HEADBUTT against Afa in a time of 4:31.
MATCH 5: AWE Tag Team Champions Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage (with Elizabeth) VS Blackjack Lanza & Blackjack Mulligan -- Non-title bout Savage was taking a pounding and decided to get DQed to lose here. Blackjack Lanza & Blackjack Mulligan won when Savage was disqualified against Mulligan in a time of 8:20, thus the Blackjacks receive a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 6: Batista VS Bill Goldberg With this an evenly matched bout, Batista lost his cool here and the match. Bill Goldberg won when Batista was disqualified in a time of 5:48.
MATCH 7: AWE Television Champion Lou Thesz VS "Sycho" Sid Vicious (with JJ Dillon) -- Non-title Power VS Agility here with Sid getting a surprising upset in this one! Sid Vicious won with his finisher-POWER BOMB in a time of 7:37, thus Sid Vicious receives a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 8: Big Show VS Yokozuna The battle of the behemoths was over before it began as Show got DQed. Yokozuna won when Big Show was disqualified in a time of just 0:53!
MATCH 9: AWE Heavyweight Champion Scott Hall VS Ric Flair -- Non-title An over-confident Flair was humbled by a quick win by Hall here. Scott Hall won with his finisher-OUTSIDER'S EDGE in a time of 2:52.
MATCH 10: Kurt Angle & "Stone Cold" Steve Austin VS Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags (Nasty Boys) Operating like a veteran tag team, it was an easy win for Austin / Angle. Steve Austin & Kurt Angle won when Austin pinned Sags with a Spinebuster Slam in a time of just 0:42!
MATCH 11: Kane VS Big Van Vader -- Tables Match These two powerhouses entertained the crowd as Vader won this one. Big Van Vader won with his finisher-VADER POWER BOMB in a time of 27:40.

This fed is a good mix of old and new wrestlers. I was surprised but happy to see the Blackjacks beat Savage and Hogan. Vader vs Kane is great main event match. What happened to the Nasty Boys vs Austin and Angle ?

A lot of DQs this time around! It is great to see a hero like Angle making his appearance in this great fed! And wonderful creativity teaming him with SCSA too! How can anyone dislike Doom? The Blackjacks are a veteran team, you cannot take them for granted! Nice buildup for the next show!

CARD 134: AWE TV Taping on Tuesday April 5, 2011 @ the Carlson Center in Fairbanks AK
The current AWE Television Champion, Lou Thesz, was standing in the ring and addressed the crowd, "It's been a true honor wrestling in this federation and being your Television Champion! With the wrestling talent here, I am very lucky to have been given the chance to win this Belt and I owe it all to the fans…"
Before he could continue, Sid Vicious interrupted him. "Yadda, yadda, yadda, Thesz! Shut up already!" Sid appeared at the ramp entrance under the giant videoscreen. "You got what I want, and that's the AWE Television Championship! You and me, tonight for that Belt!"
Thesz replied, "We ARE scheduled for a Singapore Cane match tonight! What's the matter? Can't wait till then? Are you afraid you'll lose your nerve?"
"Hey, Thesz! I will take you on anytime, in any kind of match! I bet you can't say the same," Vicious was leading him to something planned, but Thesz fell for the trap.
"The same here! Anytime, anywhere, any kind of match! I'm not backing down from a challenge," Thesz said.
An evil laugh escaped Vicious' lips. "All right then. A Lumberjack match! You, me, and the Horsemen at ringside!" Sid laughed again.
Thesz, knowing now he fell for a trap, hesitated but replied, "Okay, let's see what you got then. I'm not afraid of you, OR the Horsemen!"

Scott Steiner won with his finisher-STEINER D.D.T. in a time of 7:18, thus Scott Steiner receives a Title Bout on the next fight card for the AWE Heavyweight Belt!
MATCH 9: Batista VS Big Van Vader Batista was easily manhandled here as Vader won this. Big Van Vader won with a Second Rope Splash in a time of 1:46.
MATCH 10: TABLES MATCH -- AWE Tag Team Champions Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage (MegaPowers) VS Blackjack Lanza & Blackjack Mulligan -- TITLE BOUT The MegaPowers took a beating (8 tokens each) in a losing effort! Highlights for me:
Goldberg was impressive against Dynamite Kid! Backlund did what great champions will do, and that is work his butt off, not giving up and finding the right moment to put a larger and tired man away! It is hard to defeat a real tag team who has been together for years! Doom was just more ready and understood better the art of tag team matches! The Blackjacks won unexpectedly, and they are tough! They could be good heel champions! Hope this doesn't pull the Mega Powers apart! And the blood in this match was almost sickening! They probably had to replace the entire ring apron when it was over! Flair had his limo driver keep the engine going, he had a hot date and didn't want to be late! Now Thesz can concentrate on a bigger belt! The TV title is small potato's!

"Yo," Hall replied from the top of the entrance ramp. "I will be ready, Steiner. This is for MY Belt! You're not taking it from me tonight!"
"I will be ready for you, that's for sure! This will be my first-ever Heavyweight Belt," Steiner replied.
"Don't count your chickens before they hatch, Chico. You're facing the finest wrestler in the nWo, and ain't no one gonna beat me for this," Hall responded.
