I like the word, "thus". Good matches. Road Warriors are the scariest tag team in wrestling. I was disappointed in the Hogan match. I always hope he wins. I cannot imagine the Hart and Sid LADDER MATCH was very exciting for the fans. I just don't picture them as daredevils like that. Last night I watched a lot of "shoot" videos on Youtube. And Nash is not very popular with very many in the business.

Thanks for the replies! Check out WarGames next!
CARD 100: AWE TV Taping on Monday September 6, 2010 @ the Soldatna Sports Center in Soldatna AK Sid Vicious, Ric Flair, and Buddy Rogers were in the center of the ring. It was time to announce who their teammate would be in the WarGames match later that night. "Undertaker," Sid started. "I brought back an old nemesis of yours for our fourth partner! This man is going to bury you in the WarGames! He's assured me that your time has come, and that you will be the one to surrender tonight! This man is none other than --
YOKOZUNA!" Yokozuna made his way to the ring. He looked confident and angry! He greeted Sid with a bow of the head, as well as Flair and Rogers the same way. Taking the microphone from Sid, Yokozuna bellowed, "BONZAI!"
As fate would have it, just then The Undertaker appeared at the locker room entrance and stated, "Sid Vicious. Yokozuna and I have been to the depths of Hell and indeed will be raising Hell in the WarGames match. But aren't you curious to know who our fourth partner is, Sid?"
Sid smiled brightly. "Oh please, let it be the Shockmaster! Please!"
This got a good chuckle from the crowd. Instead, The Undertaker replied, "Our partner is not the man that will take on Yokozuna. Instead, he's coming after YOU, Ric Flair! Say hello to --
STING!" Sting appeared and howled! "Yeah, it's great to be back in AWE! Whew! I love it! Ric Flair, you thought you had seen the last of me! Get ready, because tonight -- tonight, we do the dance one more time!"
Flair was utterly furious! "Sting! Get out of here! You don't belong here in AWE! It's time to teach you a lesson! You should have never returned here to AWE! In WarGames, I'm going not just going to make you submit, I'm going to break your bones! Whoo!"
MATCH 1: Bob Backlund VS Ultimate Warrior Backlund controlled the match, but then Ultimate barreled through and got the victory in this one. Ultimate Warrior won with his finisher-WARRIOR PRESS & SPLASH in a time of 15:10.
MATCH 2: Bubba Ray & D-Von Dudleys VS Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) Still hurting from their title loss, the Dudleys did not stand a chance as The Outsiders won here. Scott Hall & Kevin Nash won when Nash used his finisher-JACKKNIFE POWER BOMB on Bubba Ray in a time of just 0:42!
MATCH 3: Bret "Hitman" Hart VS Hulk Hogan Although Bret was not intimidated this match, he was not at his best either, and lost this match. Hulk Hogan won with his finisher-LEG DROP in a time of 6:37.
MATCH 4: AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Bill Goldberg (with Eric Bischoff) -- Non-title bout It was an uphill battle, but Goldberg managed to play the power game just right and got the win! Bill Goldberg won with his finisher-SPEAR & JACKHAMMER in a time of 8:33, thus Bill Goldberg receives a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 5: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS The Rock The Rock cost Snuka the TV Belt last card, so Snuka exacted revenge here by beating The Rock. Jimmy Snuka won with a Leapfrog and Chop in a time of 3:39.
MATCH 6: WARGAMES -- Animal, Hawk, Sting, & The Undertaker VS Ric Flair, Buddy Rogers, Sid Vicious, & Yokozuna
Sting entered the cage first, followed by Ric Flair. Buddy Rogers came in after five minutes, followed two minutes later by Hawk. At the next interval, Animal climbed into the ring, and then it was Sid's turn. Another two minutes went by and The Undertaker entered. Lastly, it was Yokozuna that got into the cage, and the Match Beyond begun! Each wrestler was battered and bloodied in this match, as each tried to get the submission win. No clear advantage for either side, and it looked like each team picked a good member as their fourth teammate as Sting and Yokozuna fought well! As the other wrestlers began to tire, it looked as though the fate of the match would come down to The Undertaker VS Sid Vicious, and it did come down to those two! After delivering a TOMBSTONE, The Undertaker slapped on a submission hold, and Sid had no choice but to tap-out here, giving the win to The Undertaker's team! The Undertaker won when Sid tapped-out in a time of 52:46, thus The Undertaker's team won the WarGames match!

Very cool matches. Backlund really is an under rated Champion, isn't he? Looks like Hall and Nash are ready for a new tag team to beat up! Congratulations to the Hulkster! Superfly is heading up once again! I will need to check out War Games on Youtube. Not sure I ever seen a full match like that! Great additions too!

Thanks for the reply! Let's see if Hall & Nash can win their next match --
CARD 101: AWE TV Taping on Sunday September 26, 2010 @ the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage AK
As the night began, Ted Turner was in his office as Eric Bischoff and Bill Goldberg entered.
"Gentlemen," Turner started. "I've decided that Mr. Goldberg's Title Bout against Verne Gagne for the AWE Television Belt will be a Texas Bullrope match. I have already informed Mr. Gagne of my decision."
Bischoff looked as if he was okay with the decision, as did Goldberg. Bischoff replied, "That's fine with us. What about the Number One Contenders match for the AWE Tag Belts?"
Turner replied, "Yes, Eric. You get your wish of The Outsiders wrestling in the match."
"Yes!" Bischoff responded. "Okay, thanks, Ted!" Bischoff and Goldberg left the office and Turner could hear them both laughing as they walked down the corridor.
Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) VS Ric Flair & Sid Vicious -- Number One Contenders match for AWE Tag Team Belts Working well as a team, Flair & Vicious proved to be too much for The Outsiders in this one. Ric Flair & Sid Vicious won when Sid pinned Nash with a Stiff Arm Clothesline in a time of 16:53, thus Ric Flair & Sid Vicious receive a Title Bout against the AWE Tag Team Champions at the Pay-Per-View!
8-Man Battle Royal for Number One Contenders for the AWE Heavyweight & TV Belts Participants: Bob Backlund, Bubba Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, Buddy Rogers, Jimmy Snuka, and Ultimate Warrior
Order of Elimination: D-Von Dudley eliminated by Bret Hart Jimmy Snuka eliminated by Bob Backlund Bubba Ray Dudley eliminated by Ultimate Warrior Bob Backlund eliminated by Ultimate Warrior Buddy Rogers eliminated by Ultimate Warrior Bret Hart eliminated by Ultimate Warrior Ultimate Warrior eliminated by Hulk Hogan

TEXAS BULLROPE -- AWE Television Champion Verne Gagne VS Bill Goldberg -- TITLE BOUT Making short work of his opponent, Goldberg was able to secure the win and the Belt with ease! To have a Texas Bullrope Match doesn't someone have to be from Texas?Goldberg with The TV Title is good.
Wasn't Hogan and Warrior the winners the last time you did an 8 Man Battle Royal?
Who could beat Flair and Sid?Flair is "The Brains" and Sid is "The Brawn".
Interesting it was mostly a qualifying show. It's one thing to win the right, but can they standup to The Champions and get a win and take the titles?

Cool show. I liked the match-ups and this would definately be a big ratings winner on TV.
Hall and Nash are good champions so far. But I have a feeling that Flair and Vicious will take it. I've always loved Hogan so this was a good result. And I don't understand how Goldberg can lose. Maybe he can defend this belt for awhile.

Dr B: That's Ted Turner's decision on special matches, not mine! ;D Hogan went for the TV Belt last time, but Warrior did not get a title shot at the last PPV.
Kelly: Hall & Nash will be pleased that you think they won the tag belts somehow from the LOD, since LOD are the tag champs, LOL! Hall & Nash may be getting a shot soon though, since I only have about 4 teams total in AWE!
Anyway, here's September's PPV: Ring Rebellion! Enjoy!
CARD 102: AWE Pay-Per-View on Thursday September 30, 2010 @ the Carlson Center in Fairbanks AK
The Legion of Doom were backstage as the night started. They were waiting for their manager, Precious Paul Ellering to arrive. "Paul's late," Hawk said, getting impatient. "Did you call his cell phone?"
"Yeah," Animal replied. "Still no answer. He's never late. What could be taking him so long?"
"Wish I knew," Hawk said. "Let's go get ready for our match." Both the Legion of Doom walked away from the camera as the camera pulled back to show the wrestling boots of someone standing there watching the LOD leave. Then, we hear an evil laugh, barely audible, but evil nonetheless...
MATCH 1: Bob Backlund VS Verne Gagne Executing a flawless gameplan, Backlund got the victory in this technically dazzling match. Bob Backlund won with his finisher-ATOMIC KNEEDROP in a time of 14:59.
MATCH 2: Rick & Scott Steiners VS Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) A solid match as these four brawled throughout, with The Steiners winning this great bout. Rick & Scott Steiner won when Scott Steiner pinned Hall with his finisher-STEINER DDT in a time of 8:55.
MATCH 3: STEEL CAGE -- AWE Tag Team Champions Animal & Hawk VS "Nature Boy" Ric Flair & "Sycho" Sid Vicious -- TITLE BOUT This one was all Legion of Doom, as Sid fell to their mighty power barrage as LOD retained here! Animal & Hawk won after Animal used his tag finisher-DOOMSDAY DEVICE on Vicious in a time of 5:21, thus Animal & Hawk retained the AWE Tag Team Belts!
MATCH 4: Bret "Hitman" Hart VS The Rock This match did not go the way Bret wanted as The Rock put an end to this one right away. The Rock won with his finisher-ROCK BOTTOM in a time of just 0:50!
MATCH 5: ULTIMATE X -- AWE Television Champion Bill Goldberg VS Ultimate Warrior -- TITLE BOUT An exhausted Goldberg got lucky and was able to use his favorite move to pick up the win here! Bill Goldberg won with his finisher-SPEAR & JACKHAMMER in a time of 10:20, thus Bill Goldberg retained the AWE Television Belt!
MATCH 6: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS Buddy Rogers -- Dog Collar Match On defense most of the match, Rogers waited for the right time to explode on offense and won. Buddy Rogers won after using his finisher-FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE in a time of 11:28.
MATCH 7: LADDER MATCH -- AWE Heavyweight Champion The Undertaker VS Hulk Hogan -- TITLE BOUT A brutal bloodbath was unleashed here, as Hogan goes on to win his first Belt in AWE! Hulk Hogan won after using his finisher-LEG DROP in a time of 27:53, thus Hulk Hogan is the NEW AWE Heavyweight Champion for the first time!
Meanwhile backstage, Animal and Hawk have packed their gear up and are ready to head home. Their manager, Paul Ellering did not make it to the arena and the LOD are worried. As they pass one of the monitors backstage, up pops Paul Ellering! He is sitting in a chair with a gag in his mouth and he is duct taped to a chair! As the camera pulls back, there are two figures, instantly recognizable, that appear! It's --
SHAWN MICHAELS AND CHYNA! Chyna is finishing up taping Ellering to the chair, as Shawn smiles and says as he imitates the hoodlum in the movie, "The Warriors", "Warriors, come out and play-yay!"
Animal & Hawk freeze instantly! Rage fills their eyes as Michaels continues, "And if you're not down with that, we got two words for you:"
Chyna says them: "**** it!"
The camera fades to black as the Legion of Doom rush off and the credits roll with the theme music of D-X playing over the credits...

Huck-a-mania is running wild...not my favorite but it is only his 1st Title reign.
Ellering being kidnapped...not what I expected to see in AWE.
Rogers had an advantage in a dog collar match.Snuka was essentially grounded.
Goldberg retains The Title.I would've thought Warrior could've taken him.
Rock Bottom at the 50 second mark? Now that's wrestling!
Flair & Sid couldn't stop The Road Warriors.Flair needs to remember why he's "The Dirtiest Player in The Game"!
Ooh The Steiner DDT!I remember Rick using that manuver.Outsiders are still on the "outside".
Backlund over Gagne...I would've paid to see that back in the day.

Dr B: Warrior had the match in hand, then Goldberg rolled his finisher and it was buh-bye Warrior!
More AWEsomeness below! Check out Stone Cold's return and D-X's debut match!
CARD 103: AWE TV Taping on Monday October 4, 2010 @ the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center in Wasilla AK
The breaking glass sound over the PA system could only mean one wrestler was on his way to the ring as the night started! "Stone Cold" Steve Austin headed to center stage with a familiar scowl on his face. When he hit the ring and his theme music died down, Austin was all business. "If you think 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin deserves a warm welcome back to AWE, gimme a 'Hell, yeah'!" The audience complied. Austin continued, "Tonight, ol' Stone Cold has a match against Bison Smith in a first round match of the FLW World Heavyweight Championship tournament! Once Stone Cold gets by him, it's onto the second round of the tournament, then it's the finals of the tournament at the FLW Pay-Per-View! If you think Stone Cold is going to win the tournament and become the new FLW World Heavyweight Champion, gimme a 'Hell, yeah'!" The audience gave him a positive response, but not quite as strong this time. Austin smiled and nodded. He acknowledged the nay-sayers and replied, "Let the chips fall where they may! But Stone Cold is winning tonight's match! And that's the bottom line, because Stone Cold said so!"
MATCH 1: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS Scott Hall (with Kevin Nash) Hall's partner was distracted as Snuka went for his favorite move in order to get the win here. Jimmy Snuka won with his finisher-SUPERFLY DEATH LEAP in a time of 2:24.
MATCH 2: AWE Tag Team Champions Animal & Hawk VS Rick & Scott Steiners -- Non-title bout It took Animal three of his favorite moves in a row in order to put away Rick Steiner in this one. Animal & Hawk won when Animal used his finisher-POWERSLAM three times in a row on Rick in a time of 9:37.
MATCH 3: Ultimate Warrior VS Kevin Nash This was a furious bout that ended with a even more furious brawl as both got DQed this time out. Both wrestlers were disqualified in a time of 6:11.
MATCH 4: AWE Television Champion Bill Goldberg VS Bob Backlund -- Non-title bout Out-smarting his opponent here, Backlund was able to pick up a huge victory in this one! Bob Backlund won with a Cross Body Block in a time of 8:47, thus Bob Backlund receives a Title Bout on the next fight card!
D-X's music blared through the arena! It was the debut of the team in AWE, and the atmosphere was electric! Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Chyna walked to the ring and entered the ring. Triple H questioned the audience, "Are you ready?" Pause. "I said, 'ARE YOU READY?'"
Shawn Michaels said, "Road Warriors, we let you have your manager back, so don't cry! There are enough crybabies here in AWE already! Hahahaha!"
"Was that a dig at Bret Hart, Shawn?" Triple H said with a smile.
Michaels gave him a guilty grin but would not say anything more about it. "Let's talk AWE Tag Belts, Hunter. We want a match against the big, old, scary LOD for those Belts! Make it happen, Warriors, if you know what's good for you!"
"Do you want revenge on us, LOD? You better bring those Belts to the table if you want a piece of us... And if you're not down with that, we got two words for you --"
The audience provided the correct response as D-X's match was up next.
MATCH 5: Shawn Michaels & Triple H (D-X) VS Buddy Rogers & Sid Vicious Was Rogers intimidated by D-X? He will not admit it but Rogers did get DQed quickly here. Shawn Michaels & Triple H won when Rogers was disqualified against Triple H in a time of 3:09.
MATCH 6: AWE Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan VS "Nature Boy" Ric Flair -- Non-title bout A display of superb wrestling skill was on hand as Flair went on to embarrass Hogan here! Ric Flair won with a Kneebreaker in a time of 6:43, thus Ric Flair receives a Title Bout on the next fight card!
MATCH 7: FLW World Heavyweight Championship Tournament -- Round 1 Bison Smith VS "Stone Cold" Steve Austin Smith did not stand a chance as Austin unleashed a holy mudstomping on him to take the win! Steve Austin won with his finisher-STONE COLD STUNNER in a time of 4:14!

Who's Bison Smith?
Flair gets a titleshot hopefully he can beat the odds and take the title from Hogan.
Roger getting DQed still adds up to an L for DX
Goldberg vs Backlund for the TV Title should be good
Double DQ???What can you do...
Animal beat Rick Steiner but it wasn't an easy win
Snuka beat Hall!That's a surprise

Hogan took it easy because he understands that a big match like Flair will bring will cause the TV ratings to go thru the roof...and the higher the ratings, the more pesos they will make. He is not dumb.
Finally Superfly is putting together some good matches again.
And I believe that Backlund will defeat Goldberg for the TV title.

Dr B: Dunno who Bison Smith is. Wasn't my pairing in the tournament! Rogers getting DQed = WIN for D-X!
Kelly: Hogan / Flair up next! Let's see if your Backlund prediction came true!
CARD 104: AWE TV Taping on Tuesday October 12, 2010 @ the Soldatna Arena in Soldatna AK
"Hey, D-X!" Road Warrior Animal bellowed into the microphone as he, Hawk, and Paul Ellering stood in the ring. "Do you think for one second you can get away with kidnappin' Precious Paul, and the Road Warriors would do nothing about it? Well, nothing is what you are gonna be when we get through with you tonight! Tell 'em, Hawk!"
"Degeneration-X! You want these Belts, the AWE Tag Team Championships? You think you can waltz right in here and take them without a fight? Well, a fight is what you got tonight! Me and Animal will take you on, one-on-one! If you want these Belts, you're gonna have to earn a win against one of us. And then, we MIGHT consider giving you a non-title bout. But you gotta beat us first!"
"Look at what you did to Precious Paul," Animal indicated Ellering's bandaids on his arms and forehead. "You can't mess up our manager like that without there being hell to pay!"
"D-X! Hell is the least of your worries," Hawk added. "For you now have to deal with the Legion of Doom! Ahhh, what a rushhhhh!"
MATCH 1: Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka VS "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers (with Ric Flair) There was a fire in Snuka's eyes as he tore into Rogers, picking up the win with his favorite move. Jimmy Snuka won with his finisher-SUPERFLY DEATH LEAP in a time of 10:40.
MATCH 2: Bret Hart VS "Sycho" Sid Vicious -- Dog Collar Match Sid took a beating to say the least, as Bret went on to take the victory in this match-up. Bret Hart won after using a Ringpost Figure-Four in a time of 3:38.
MATCH 3: Rick & Scott Steiners VS Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (The Outsiders) Catching Hall by surprise, Scott Steiner was able to get the win for his team this time around. Rick & Scott Steiner won when Scott Steiner used a Steinerline on Hall in a time of 6:45.
MATCH 4: Road Warrior Animal (with Paul Ellering) VS Shawn Michaels (with Chyna) A wild match from the start, but in the end Animal was able to take home the victory here. Animal won with a Flying Shoulder Ram in a time of 22:54.
MATCH 5: STEEL CAGE -- AWE Television Champion Bill Goldberg VS Bob Backlund -- TITLE BOUT After surviving a Jackhammer, Backlund gathered his senses and defeated Goldberg for the Belt! Bob Backlund won after using his finisher-ATOMIC KNEE DROP in a time of 12:51, thus Bob Backlund becomes the NEW AWE Television Champion for the second time!
MATCH 6: Road Warrior Hawk (with Paul Ellering) VS Triple H (with Chyna) Pushing all of Hawk's buttons, Triple H made Hawk lose his cool and Hawk was DQed here. Triple H won when Hawk was disqualified in a time of 3:08.
MATCH 7: LUMBERJACK MATCH -- AWE Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan VS "Nature Boy" Ric Flair -- TITLE BOUT A great match here (6 tokens each) as Hogan was able to retain in this top-notch thriller! Hulk Hogan won with a Clothesline in a time of 26:12, thus Hulk Hogan retained the AWE Heavyweight Belt!

How do you use the tokens? I always say after 3 tokens then the next big move caused the wrestler to bleed. Just wondering if anyone else does that. Six tokens would be massive blood loss for me. Blood soaking into the mat. Not a pretty sight.
